- It's recommended to avoid wearing white as the actors use flour and water during some scenes.
- To fully enjoy the NANTA show, avoid taking photos or recording, and put your phone on silent mode as it can be distracting.
- Renovations at the UNESCO building, housing Myeongdong NANTA, are in progress, with partial exterior coverings. Rest assured, the shows continue as usual and you can use the main entrance.
- Seats are assigned randomly, and it is not possible to choose a specific seat.
- The experience is restricted for guests aged 12 and under.
- You can cancel these tickets up to 72 hours before the experience begins and get a full refund.
